Fratzke Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce the completed sale of Redmond Cascade Plaza, located at 2498 South Highway 97 in Redmond, Oregon.
The multi-tenant retail shopping center sold for $1,695,000 to an investor from outside of the area. The property is anchored by Radio Shack and Bedmart. Additional tenants include Beerdawgs, Mail Depot, Hub City Grill, and Champion Tae Kwon Do. “We are proud to have played a huge role in representing the Seller in selling the property while being hired by the buyer to continue managing the center”, Brian Fratzke said. The facility is located next to a former Bank of the Cascades building which is currently being converted to a Dairy Queen with drive through. Both properties are owned by the same developer.
