May 5, 2020 – Fratzke Property Management is proud to announce effective February 1, 2020 we were selected to be the property manager for The Center, located at 2200 NE Neff Rd. The building is a 129,540 square foot clinical medical and out-patient surgery center, owned by St. Charles Health System. The Center is a complex building with multi-faceted building systems. We demonstrated our strengths in accounting, building systems and tenant relations to win this business, and we are looking forward to long relationship with this new client.
