Tom Tapia, CCIM and Brian Fratzke, Principal Broker,  represented the Seller and Nick Vaughn, Broker represented the Buyer in the sale of 62910 Peerless Court in Bend for $1,638,750.

Brian Fratzke and Bruce Churchill, both Principal Brokers represented Seller and Brian Fratzke, Principal Broker also represented the Buyer in the sale of 222 NW 7th Street in Redmond for $680,000.

Brian Fratzke, Principal Broker represented the Seller in the sale of 626-636 SW 8th Street & 644-646 SW 8th Street, and 735-7 37 SW Glacier, all in Redmond.
