Fratzke Commercial Announces the Sale of Former Fuqua Homes Manufacturing Plant in Bend, OR
The 125,000 +/- square foot manufacturing facility located at 20495 Murray Road in Bend, formerly occupied by Fuqua Homes, sold to Murray Road I, LLC. Brian Fratzke, CCIM, Principal Broker and Jeff Reed, Broker of Fratzke Commercial Real Estate Advisors, represented the seller. Brian Fratzke also represented the buyer. The new owners plan to renovate and lease the former plant. Fratzke Property Management is in charge of renovating leasing and managing  the property.
