Congratulations to our very own Brian Fratzke, Principal, CCIM on his EnCOAR award for Commercial Transaction of the Year through the Central Oregon Association of REALTORS!
Brian Fratzke represented the Buyer of a 19,352 +/- square-foot building located at 777 NW Wall Street in Bend, OR. The building has been located in Bend’s historical district since 1932, having served as the community’s post office for a half-century, and since then as office space. The property is a piece of downtown Bend history!
The EnCOAR awards represent those members that have given back to the association through volunteer work, are very involved in the community, respected among their peers and represent REALTOR spirit.
