Rick Stone
Rick was born in Portland, Oregon. He and his family moved to Anchorage, Alaska when he was twelve years old. This is where Rick developed a strong work ethic, spending many hours commercial fishing. Rick enjoyed all Alaska had to offer until he moved to Corvallis, Oregon where he went to college. He graduated from Oregon State University in June of 1993.
Rick and his wife moved to Bend, Oregon in 1994 and have two children. Rick is a true people person, who enjoys helping others and has very strong customer service skills. Rick is a Senior Property Manager with Fratzke Property Management and offers 11+ years of Commercial Property Management expertise within the Office, Retail and Industrial sector. Rick is a problem solver with a keen eye for details and offers Property Owners and Tenants solutions. Rick takes the time to listen, address the needs of the Owner and Tenant and always focusing on his fiduciary duties.
Rick is an accomplished Manager offering professional experience focused on Investment Commercial Real Estate maintaining the integrity of the Owners investment. His focus is delivering strong financial results, cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and excellent customer service. Rick has provided management services to a variety of different clients with great success.
In Rick’s free time, you’ll most likely find him spending time with his family, camping, golfing, fishing, or skiing down the slopes of Mt. Bachelor.
