Larry Lopez
Larry has been an employee of Cascade Medical Building for 8 years providing direct expertise in building maintenance and management for The Center, Cascade SurgiCenter, and its tenants.
Prior to being employed with CMB, Larry was employed at Grace Bio Labs as a laser operator and for 10 years was the owner/operator of Advanced Cleaning Techniques specializing in hard floor surfacing and maintenance.
From a young age, electronics was a passionate hobby for Larry. Following his military service, Larry studied electronics and engineering technologies.
Since 1986, Larry has been very active in auto repair, heavy equipment repair and maintenance, electronics repair, welding, and metal fabrication. During his spare time, Larry can often be found helping family members with their maintenance needs at their restaurants.
Larry is an LTD Building maintenance electrician and has completed training on the operations, testing, and required inspections of the Emergency Power Supply System and instructed on NFPA 110 for the CMB Pacific Power Generation. Larry also has a boiler license application pending and has completed OHSA compliance training.
Larry considers being as part of the CMB team to be a perfect fit bringing his unique personal skillset and experience and applying it to a diverse and busy facility
