Chris Cochran
Chris Cochran originally moved to Bend in 1968. A graduate of Mountain View High School in 1983, Chris obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Oregon State College in 1987. He received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Portland State University in 1998. Chris has been married for 32 years and has twin daughters.
He was a founder and partner in The Mortgage Professionals of Central Oregon for 12 years. He developed, owned and managed commercial real estate in Bend for 12 years and in 2011 he became a partner at Fratzke Property Management with Brian Fratzke.
Chris can be found on the slopes of Mt. Bachelor in the winter and on the golf course in the summer. You may also find him on hiking trails, in a kickboxing gym, or carving up the asphalt on his longboard.
