Amber Caisse
Amber developed her business and communication skills as an athlete, traveler, program director, and marketing professional. She considers herself a lifelong learner and approaches her work in a collaborative and customer-focused way drawing from all her unique experience.
Amber obtained a full athletic scholarship to Boston University where she played Division 1 tennis. She traveled to Europe after college and spent four years living and working in Paris, France. In 2015, Amber obtained her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance.
Before joining Fratzke Property Management, Amber worked as a marketing accounts director and content specialist. She also spent several years as a supervisor for a major media company and parking management firm. Amber’s experience has been perfect for her role as a Commercial Property Manager. You will find Amber goal oriented, always looking to fix “the problem”, handles stressful Management situations with ease and has a great developed relationships with Owners and Tenants alike.
Amber is the perfect Commercial Property Manager, she is quick to react to any situation in a calm fashion focused on a cooperative partnership with all parties and building a strong tenant/vendor/owner relationship with financial oversight. Amber’s goals are to maintain occupancy rates while maximizing the Owner’s return on their investment. Amber is steadfast in her duties, and coordinates with a successful record of achievement steering improvement projects, building a strong foundation for ownership and optimizing processes. She has talent for cultivating and supporting those strong vendor relationships necessary, tenant and owner relationships, that leads to longevity of occupancy, minimal turnover and renewal of long-term leases.
Amber works with Fratzke Commercial Brokers making the lease renewal process smooth and efficient for both Tenants and Owners.
Amber is a Mom to two boys and enjoys making big breakfasts on the weekend, adventuring around town with her family, trail-jogging, gardening, reading, and watching good movies.
